Wellbeing as a Strategic Management Language and Organizational Culture
Research-based lectures, workshops, and guidance processes that integrate into organizational routines and create real, lasting change.
The Shmone Approach
Shmone doesn't offer magic solutions or add more tasks to your calendar. It returns rhythm, energy, and functional capacity to people through management language, micro-habits, and smart integration into existing routines.
Maximum relevance to the field: Processes adapted to complex organizational reality and tools for immediate implementation within daily workload.
Energy ROI: Creating a direct and clear connection between energy management and the quality of performance and business results.
Managers as change agents: Focus on managers as the engine for cultural change, equipped with tools to lead focused and less burned-out teams.
Zero Friction implementation: Behavioral change through micro-habits integrated into existing routines, without adding tasks to the calendar.
Biology-based organizational resilience: Turning energy management into a practical, applicable work tool, based on research and systems thinking.
Sustained impact: Building internal organizational capacity that embeds the tools as an integral part of the company's DNA.
Formats for Change: Lectures, Workshops & Guidance
Wellbeing as Management Language
Strategic workshop for leaders and HR teams (3–4 hours)
An experiential and interactive workshop focusing on building language, thinking, and a wellbeing toolkit for managers and HR teams. The workshop helps participants develop practical language for personal and organizational energy management, with emphasis on preventing burnout and maintaining long-term resilience.
What we'll discuss:
The "oxygen mask" principle - Personal wellbeing as the foundation for healthy leadership
The SPIRE model and its application in circles of influence (personal, interpersonal, team)
The physiology of stress and burnout and its effect on performance
Neuroplasticity in action: How the brain changes in response to new habits
Mapping the model at team level and brainstorming to find tools for implementing wellbeing elements in team management
Key takeaways:
Participants will leave with a personal mapping of their wellbeing state and personal anchors, a personal toolkit for developing wellbeing across all SPIRE dimensions, and an initial plan for implementing selected elements in team work.

Lectures on work, life, and the space between them

So how are you sleeping at night, really?
In an era when sleep has become a luxury, we tend to want to achieve more and more at the expense of sleep hours. In this practical, research-based lecture we'll learn about sleep as the foundation for health, energy, mood, and daily functioning.

The Science of Restoration: Micro-habits for Energy Management
Bridging neuroscience and practical application, we explore how micro-habits can lead to reduced stress and burnout, increased creativity and innovation, and sustained concentration and vitality.

8 hours work, 8 hours rest, 8 hours leisure
Analyzing the intersection of industrial legacy and modern burnout. A conversation about the essence of human work and the necessary division today between work, rest, and leisure.
Strategic-Cultural Guidance for Organizations
Not a project. Not a one-size-fits-all program. A partnership for thinking and implementing wellbeing as organizational culture within changing reality, with emphasis on promoting physical and mental health and reducing burnout. For managers and HR teams seeking partnership in thinking, refining, and implementing cultural change around management routines in the employee lifecycle, personal and organizational energy management, and more human work.
The guidance includes:
Joint thinking on challenges and processes
Building strategy for promoting organizational wellbeing
Building a toolkit for managers as change agents
Refining language and messages for internal communication
Integrating innovation processes and design thinking
Developing metrics and evaluating program effectiveness
Building internal organizational capacity for continued progress

Wellbeing is not a luxury. It's a prerequisite for health and resilience, for performance and innovation, and it has a direct impact on the bottom line.
